THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Unopposed Motion to Reset Status and Scheduling Conference filed by Defendant and Counterclaim Plaintiff, Joseph M. Alioto. The Court, having reviewed the Motion, and being fully advised in the premises, HEREBY GRANTS the motion. The status and scheduling conference will be held on Wednesday October 25, 2006. Additionally, counsel is directed to confer and prepare a joint list of issues to be addressed at the conference. The joint list shall be filed no later than Monday, October 23, 2006.
