Plaintiff Claire Fitzgerald present in the courtroom. Mr. Gulick also acting as client representative for the defendant. Argument on pending motions. Oral findings and conclusions of law are made of record and incorporated herein. ORDER: ORDER: Motion in Limine Re: Plaintiff' Testimony (Doc. #75) is granted. s Motion in Limine (Doc. #78) is granted.
Discussion regarding witness list. The chess clock shall be used. The time will be equally divided between plaintiff and defendant. Discussion regarding exhibit list.

Parties request trial be reset to a date with a first position setting. Because all counsel do not have their calendars available trial will be reset at a later date, counsel may file a written motion. Discussion regarding opening statements and closing arguments. Opening statements shall be 15 minutes and closing arguments shall be 30 minutes.. The Court does not allow any use of auxiliary demonstration in opening or closing without an agreement between counsel. As to PowerPoint on openings, there may be no reference to exhibits because none have been received. ORDER: The parties shall have 10 days to review and revise the witness and exhibit lists.
