Owen Borum as counsel of record for Defendant Esther Smith on the grounds that he has left the employ of Faegre & Benson LLP. Patrick F. Carrigan and Laura A. Hutchings will continue to represent Defendant Smith in this matter. Pursuant to D.C.Colo.LcivR 7.1.A, the undersigned states that counsel has conferred with opposing counsel regarding this Motion and is authorized to state that Defendant Keller does not oppose this Motion.
