Court calls case. Court discusses plaintiff' claims and defendants' s defenses. Court discusses Motion to Dismiss with counsel. Counsel agree the motion is a Stipulated Motion to Dismiss Farmers Group, Inc. Counsel agree that there is a pending Motion for Summary Judgment. The proposed Final Pretrial Order is reviewed. ORDERED: Rule 26(a)(3) exhibits shall be exchanged by July 31, 2005. Rule 26(a)(3) objections shall be filed by August 15, 2005. The court will set a settlement conference following a ruling on the Motion for Summary Judgment. Court discusses the number of pages of exhibits with defense counsel. Discussion regarding witnesses not previously disclosed by plaintiff. Mr. Painter advises he will file a motion if the issue cannot be resolved between the parties. Court advises parties to review Judge Daniel' trial procedures located on the Court' website. s s ORDERED: The Final Pretrial Order is approved and shall be filed as amended on the record.
