Comes now the United States of America, by and through William J. Leone, United States Attorney and Greg Holloway, Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Colorado, and files the Government's Motion for Acceptance of Responsibility, and states as follows: The Defendant has pleaded guilty in the above entitled case; and, assisted authorities in the investigation or prosecution of his own misconduct by timely notifying authorities of his intention to plead guilty. Accordingly, the government respectfully moves that the Defendant receive a decrease in his offense level by an additional point pursuant to U.S.S.G. §3E1.1(b) at the time of sentencing in this case.
