RAFAEL SAENZ ORTIZ ________________________________________________________________________ THIRD UNOPPOSED MOTION TO ALLOW OUT OF STATE TRAVEL ________________________________________________________________________ Defendant, Rafael Saenz Ortiz, moves this court to allow him to travel on a short trip to Albuquerque New Mexico over the Memorial Day weekend. As grounds for this motion, Mr. Saenz Ortiz states: 1. Mr. Saenz Ortiz was granted bail in this case on October 19, 2004

and is currently on an unsecured bond. 2. The court recently allowed Mr. Saenz Ortiz to travel to Albuquerque

to visit his sister on two prior occasions. 3. Mr. Saenz would like to return to Albuquerque top finish

construction work on his sister's home and to meet with family over the holiday. 4. Mr. Saenz Ortiz wishes to leave Denver on May 26, 2006 and

return on the evening of May 30, 2006. He will be traveling by car. He will provide all travel details and contact information to his probation officer, Sarah Hoppe before his departure.
