Also included are document reviews that the Receiver was not able to classify elsewhere in his report. As noted previously, the Receiver has received and reviewed over 80,000 documents since his appointment. While some of these documents the Receiver has deemed not relevant to the tasks that he was appointed to accomplish, lack of organization of the photocopies received prevented the Receiver from easily identifying categories of documents. Thus, the Receiver believes that it was reasonable and necessary to review all of the documents that he has in his possession. It should be noted that this document review has been substantially completed. Also included in this category is time spent on recovering assets related to the Parable Investments, Ltd. entity.
