GARMAN, KOINONIA INVESTMENT CLUB II, KOINONIA INCOME ACCOUNT, KOINONIA 100/200 CLUB, and KOINONIA KINGDOM CLUB, Defendants. _____________________________________________________________________________ STATUS REPORT _____________________________________________________________________________ The Court has previously ordered that the parties and receiver confer and that Plaintiff submit a status report. Plaintiff's counsel has conferred with counsel for defendants and counsel for the receiver. The only item currently pending in this proceeding is for the Court to sign the Final Judgment as to Defendant Garman based on his consent which has previously been filed. At this time, the Receiver is not aware of any resolution to the Internal Revenue Service's notice of deficiency served on Defendant Garman regarding 2004 account activity. All concerned agree that a status conference with the Magistrate Judge is not currently required. Should the parties anticipate that such a status conference would be required to evaluate additional possible actions by the receiver or the scheduling of any further matters, the parties will request such status conference.
