UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR TELEPHONIC STATUS CONFERENCE Defendants, through undersigned counsel, hereby move on an unopposed basis for a telephonic conference with Judge Daniel, and in support state the following: 1. On May 8, 2007, the Court informed the parties that it was moving up the trial

date from June 25, 2007 to June 19, 2007, indicating that it would set the trial to begin at 1:30 p.m. on June 19. Defendants move the Court to set a telephonic status conference to discuss certain issues regarding the counsel's availability on the first and second days of trial. 2. Defendants have conferred with Plaintiff and it does not object to a status

conference to discuss the trial date. The parties are available on May 17, 2007, any time after 1:30 p.m. for a telephonic status conference. WHEREFORE, Defendants move on an unopposed basis for the Court to set a telephonic status conference to discuss the trial date, and request the Court to set the conference on May 17, 2007, at any time after 1:30 p.m.
