The Court having reviewed the Motion and being further fully advised in the premises, hereby finds that the Plaintiff has demonstrated good cause for an extension of time within which to file his Notice of Appeal filed on October 20, 2005. IT IS THEREFORE THE ORDER OF THE COURT that Plaintiff's Motion for Extension of Time, Nunc Pro Tunc is GRANTED. Plaintiff Notice of Appeal filed on October 20, 2005 is deemed to be filed timely.
