ORDERED: A Show Cause Hearing is set simultaneously with the previously set motions hearing on September 20, 2005, at 8:30 a.m. in courtroom A-502. Plaintiff Apa shall be present in person for this hearing. She shall show cause as to why she should not be held in contempt of court and be sanctioned. Mr. McKendree shall notify his client of this additional issue to be heard on that date and time.
