Defendant present in custody. Court reviews the charged violations with the defendant. Defendant admits the 3 alleged violations. ORDER: Supervised release is revoked.

The Government, defense counsel and defendant were given an opportunity to make statements before re-sentencing. THE DEFENDANT IS SENTENCED AS FOLLOWS: IMPRISONMENT: Defendant is sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 10 months. SUPERVISED RELEASE: Upon release from imprisonment, defendant shall be placed on supervised release for a period of 26 months, 6 months of which will be served in a halfway house.

Special conditions of supervised release: (X) The defendant will participate in a program of mental health treatment as directed by the probation officer until such time as he's released from the program by the probation officer. He will remain medically compliant in taking all prescribed medications and the probation officer is authorized to release psychological reports and the presentence report and the violation reports to the treating agency or professional for continuity of treatment.

Defendant is advised of the right to appeal. ORDER: 4:33 p.m. Defendant is remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal for the District of Colorado. Court in recess.
