Counsel were ordered to file status reports about the status of the U.S. Patent Office re-examination every six months. No report has been filed, however, since April 30, 2004. Accordingly, counsel shall show cause in writing, not later than November 22, 2005 why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
