The Court has ordered Relief Defendants Donald Lopez and Palladium Holding Company and their

counsel of record to appear in person and show cause why sanctions should not be imposed against them pursuant

to Local Civil Rule 83.1. The Show Cause Hearing is currently set on the calendar of Judge Stormes for

September 12, 2008. Before the Court is an ex parte request by counsel for Relief Defendants to reset the hearing

due to travel and trial schedule conflicts. No opposition has been recorded. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS the

request, and the Show Cause Hearing is hereby VACATED and RESET for September 19, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. in

Courtroom "F." Absent extraordinary circumstances, the hearing shall not be continued again.
