STIPULATION WHEREAS, defendants Bank of America, N.A., and Bank of America Corporation ("Defendants") have been served with the summons and complaint in this action; and WHEREAS, the deadline for Defendants to respond to the complaint is June 23, 2008; and WHEREAS, Plaintiff agrees to grant Defendants a thirty (30) day extension of time to file their response to the Complaint: IT IS THEREFORE STIPULATED between Plaintiff and Defendants, by and through their undersigned counsel of record, that Defendants' responsive pleading in this action will be deemed timely if filed and served on or before July 23, 2008.
