Trial is scheduled to commence in Courtroom 4B on November 6, 2006 at 9:00

("P&G") to request permission to bring seven (7) laptop computers, four (4) hard drives and one
(I) laser pointer to the trial to assist in the preparation and/or presentation during the trial.
Counsel for P&G is aware of the Court's October 20, 2004 Order and agrees to comply with the
policies and procedures instituted by the Court as well as the United States Marshals policy
