CR 07-138-PHX-EHC which alleges substantive violations 23 which form the basis for the Petition to Revoke filed in this matter. A Plea 24 25 26 27 Agreement is pending in said case. Also, a third matter, cause no. CR 04-50042PHX-EHC, is also pending and is anticipated to be resolved at the same time. The parties need more time to file the appropriate paperwork and to take the v.
