CR 00-171-01-PHX-PGR ORDER REVOKING SUPERVISED RELEASE

A petition for revocation of supervised release having been filed and hearings held with the Defendant and counsel present, and the Defendant having admitted violations of standard condition #8, IT IS ORDERED revoking the Defendant's supervised release and the Defendant, George Robert Pasenelli Jr., shall be committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of TEN (10) MONTHS. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED no further period of supervised release is imposed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED dismissing all remaining allegations of the petition.
