This matter arises on Plaintiff's two Motions to Extend Time to Respond to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment. (documents # 40, # 41) Also before the Court is Defendants' request that the Court extend the deadline for filing the proposed Joint Pre-trial Order. (document # 42) Plaintiff requests that the Court extend the deadline for filing a response to the Motion for Summary Judgment from March 31, 2006 until April 30, 2006. On April 11, 2006, Plaintiff filed his Response to the Motion for Summary Judgment. (document # 43) Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motions to Extend Time to Respond to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (documents # 40 and # 41) are GRANTED to the extent that Plaintiff's Response filed April 11, 2006 (document # 43) is considered timely filed. /// /// ///
