Pursuant to Local Rule 7.3 Defendant Robert Brown moves for an extension of time to file

19 his response to the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Plaintiff on May 3, 2007. An
20 extension of two weeks is necessary because Defendant was unable to download all of the ll

extensive attachments to Plaintiff s Statement of Facts and had to request that those voluminous -

23 documents be provided by some other means. Review ofthe Motion for Summary Judgement and
24 Statement of Facts revealed a need for Defendant Robert Brown to procure additional information I
25 in order to fully respond to said Motion and requests an extension of time to June 15, 2007 to

27 respond to the Motion.
