18 On January 13, 2006, the ex parte motion of counsel to withdraw as counsel of record
19 for Defendant Joseph L. Williams (Doc. 74) was heard by the Court and upon consideration
20 of the matter, the motion to withdraw was granted. In light of this ruling, the Court has
21 determined that Plaintiffs motion to strike Defendant Williams' motion to dismiss (Doc. 80)
22 should be denied.
23 Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiffs motion to strike Defendant Joseph L.
24 Williams' motion to dismiss (Doc. 80) is denied.
