NOTICE Plaintiff filed with the Court a letter to the Clerk of Court updating her address and requesting instructions regarding the proper form for the pretrial order. (Docket 32). The Court notes that Plaintiff's letter fails to meet the format requirements of LRCiv 7.1(a). Plaintiff is advised that in the future any request for action from this Court must be in the form of a motion. Plaintiff's request for proper form of the pretrial order is premature. The current deadline for filing of dispositive motions is Thursday, June 29, 2006. Should dispositive motions be filed in this case then the Joint Proposed Pretrial Order is due thirty (30) days from the resolution of the motions. At that time the Court will provide the parties with the format. Should neither party file dispositive motions in this case then the deadline for filing of the Joint Proposed Pretrial Order is Monday, July 31, 2006. The Court will provide the parties with the format prior to this filing deadline.
