Pursuant to this Court's Order and Opinion of March 8, 2006 (Doc. #51), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that judgment be, and the same is hereby, entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant Hosmer Hospitality, L.L.C., on Count I and Count II of the Complaint in the amount of $70,258.71, plus interest thereon at the rate of 1.5% per month from and after August 1, 2005. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DECREED that judgment be, and the same is hereby, entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant Hosmer Hospitality, L.L.C., on Count III of the Complaint in the amount of $1,406,977.20.
