The parties hereby stipulate and jointly move the Court to amend its Scheduling Order of December 13, 2006 in this matter because the conflicting litigation and trial calendars of the parties' respective legal counsel have rendered them unable to complete deposition discovery by March 16, 2007. Accordingly, the parties hereby stipulate and jointly move the Court to extend the time period in which to take depositions and for the parties to file any motions to amend and motions to reconsider from March 16, 2007 to May 18, 2007. All other pretrial motions will be filed by July 25, 2007 and the parties shall file a joint Pretrial Order by July 25, 2007. Dated the 16th day of March 2007.
