ORDER
Pending before the Court is Plaintiff's "Petition to be allowed to exceed the page

limit on Response to Summary Judgment" (Doc. # 198). Plaintiff requests that the
17
Court allow Plaintiff to file his Response to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment,
18
appended to his motion to exceed page limit, which is 19 pages in length. Local Rule
19
of Civil Procedure 7.2(e) provides that a responsive pleading may not exceed 17 pages
20
in length, excluding exhibits and any necessary statement of facts.

Plaintiff's
responsive pleading is a mere two pages over the limit. For good cause shown, Plaintiff's motion will be granted.

IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's "Petition to be allowed to exceed the page limit
24
on Response to Summary Judgment" (Doc. # 198) is GRANTED.
