15 deadline by one hour for filing his response to Plaintiff's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, 16 from May 3, 2006 until May 4, 2006, on or before 1:00 a.m. Despite best efforts, and for 17 reasons set forth in Defendant's First Extension Request, undersigned counsel was unable to file 18 the response until after midnight on May 3, 2006. Undersigned counsel has not spoken to 19 Plaintiff's counsel about this one hour extension request because he opposed the last extension 20 request. However, this brief extension request should not delay the Court's ruling on these 21 dispositive motions, or impact Plaintiff's ability to file a reply. It is therefore requested that the 22 Court enter an order permitting defendant to file his response to Plaintiff's Motion for Partial 23 Summary Judgment on or before May 4, 2006 at 1:00 a.m. 24 25 26 27 28
