19 of supervised release, I -
20 IT IS ORDERED reinstating the defendant‘s supervised release for a period of 5
21 (FIVE) YEARS, under the previously imposed terms and conditions of supervised release.
22 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED affirming standard conditions of supervision adopted I
23 by the Court in General Order 04-1 1 previously imposed. The Defendant shall comply with
24 the following additional conditions: I
25 1 . You shall participate in a Home Confinement Program with electronic monitoring for
26 a period of 6 (SIX) MONTHS. You shall contribute to the cost of electronic
27 monitoring in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

1 2. You shall participate in an Ethics class as directed by the probation ofiicer.
2 3. You shall enroll and participate in an English language immersion course as directed
