The United States, by and through counsel undersigned, provides notice that it intends to

16 introduce certain evidence pursuant to Fed. R. Evid. 702 at the trial of this matter. 17 As part of its evidence, the government intends to call a fingerprint specialist as an expert 18 witness pursuant to Rule 702 to testify regarding the inked fingerprints made by defendant in 19 connection with his arrest in this case and the inked fingerprint made by defendant on two prior 20 warrants of deportation and two prior warnings. A copy of the fingerprint report, marked # 63, 21 was mailed to defendant with a copy of his entire alien file on July 26, 2005. 22 23 24 25 26 27 28
