20 substituted as counsel of record for all further proceedings in this case. Defendant 21 is indigent and is financially unable to retain counsel. Mr. Cavrera-Urbina had his 22 initial appearance in Yuma, Arizona, before Magistrate Judge Irwin, on May 1, 2007, 23 at which time Richard L. Juarez and the Federal Public Defender's Office was 24 appointed to represent the defendant. After this appointment, Mr. Cavrera-Urbina's 25 26 27 28 case was transferred to Phoenix. Therefore, Assistant Federal Public Defender Richard Juarez should be terminated as counsel in all further proceedings. It is expected that excludable delay under Title 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(1)(F) may occur as a result of this motion or from an order based thereon.
