14 A Petition to Revoke Supervised Release has been filed and defendant has admitted
15 the allegation that he violated standard condition #1 of his conditions of supervised release.
16 The Court finds the defendant has violated the terms and conditions of supervised release and
17 has considered the U.S. Sentencing Commission Chapter 7 policy statements as well as the
18 original guideline range, and the disposition reports and any attachments. Accordingly,
19 IT IS THE ORDER OF THIS COURT that the defendant's supervised release is
20 REVOKED.
21 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of the Bureau
22 of Prisons for a term of TWELVE (12) MONTHS, to be served consecutively to the
23 sentence imposed in CR 07-00868-001-PHX-JAT.

25 Defendant is advised of his right to appeal within 10 days.
