Pursuant to Local Rule 1.10(n), the defendant, through the undersigned attorney, requests an extension to August 16, 2005 to file his reply to the government's response to the defendant's motion to suppress. The undersigned attorney requires additional time to research and draft his reply. This request was made outside of the reply due date due to the undersigned attorney's heavy courtappointed case load, coupled with his intervening annual vacation. The undersigned counsel contacted opposing counsel regarding his position on this motion. Mr. Solomon does not oppose the relief sought herein.
