1 AND, the Court further finding from an examination ofthe record herein that the United
2 States, on January 20, January 27 and February 3, 2005, published notice in the Arizona
3 Business Gazette, of this forfeiture and the intent ofthe United States to dispose of the personal
4 property in accordance with the law, and further notifying all third parties of their right to
5 petition the Court within thirty (30) days for a hearing to adjudicate the validity of their alleged
6 legal interest in the property;
7 AND, it appearing from the record that no other claims, contested or otherwise, have been (
8 filed for the aforesaid personal property, the time allowed has expired and plaintiff is entitled
9 to judgment of forfeiture with respect to the interests of all other persons. -
