Upon motion of the defendant and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the defendant=s Motion to Continue admit/deny hearing is granted pursuant to 18 U.S.C. '3161 (h)(8)(A). This court specifically finds that the ends of justice served by granting a continuance outweigh the

12 best interest of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial. This finding is based on 13 the court=s conclusion that the failure to grant such a continuance would unreasonably 14 deny the defendant the reasonable time necessary for effective preparation, taking into 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 account the exercise of due diligence. 18 U.S.C.
