agreement move to extend the discovery deadline thirty (30) days with respect to the

cross-claims pending between the foregoing parties and in support thereof state as

follows:

On March 21, 2005, this Court ordered all discovery to be completed on or

before October 3, 2005. 2.

Joint Movants have been diligently pursuing the completion of discovery in

this matter.

Due to the schedules of both witnesses and attorneys, several depositions

remain to be completed, including those of Amit Patel and Haresh Shah. 4.

Counsel for Joint Movants have conferred and agreed that due to the

impending discovery cut-off and the remaining oral discovery to be completed, that a thirty (30) day extension of the discovery deadline is in the best interests of Joint

Movants.
