24 2005, this matter will be dismissed November 25, 2005. lt has taken the parties sometime
25 to finalize the Settiementaigreement. Farther, there are multiple corporate defendants who Q
26 need to sign off on the agreement. Due to the holiday season commencing, it will take 2
27 addittonai time to obtain these signatures. Therefore, the parties respectfully request an
26 additional 30 days from November 25, 2005, to extend the dismissai date.
