The Receiver and real parties in interest having filed their Motion to Hold Barry T. Jordan, Sr. in Civil Contempt of Court (doc. #368) ("Motion"), and the Court having considered same; IT IS ORDERED that Barry T. Jordan, Sr. shall appear before this Court, located in the Sandra Day O'Connor U.S. Courthouse, 401 W. Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona, in Courtroom 601, on Monday, April 28, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. (Arizona time), and

show cause, if any he has, why he should not be held in civil contempt of court for the violations of this Court's orders as alleged in the Motion. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Barry T. Jordan, Sr. shall file and deliver to counsel for the moving parties a written response to the Motion within the time required by the rules, but not later than five (5) calendar days prior to the above time and date set for his appearance before this Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the failure of Barry T. Jordan, Sr. to appear before this Court as directed above may result in the entry of an order directing the United States Marshal to take him into custody and bring him before this Court.
