This is to conhrm our agreement that the Receiver will sell the Zion stock and we will resolve within the next sever:
settlement agreement and given the source of the stock, the stock (and its proceeds) are part of the receivership
estate or should be
tumed over to Annette Holt. By permitting the sale of the stock, neither party is admitting the claims of the other,
we will just convert the shares of stock to cash, which both parties would rather take. l conhrmed with Marshall
Gandy that he agrees with permitting the sale to be completed.
