A.R.S. § 41-1750(G) states: "The director shall authorize the exchange of criminal justice information between the central state repository, or through the Arizona criminal justice information system, whether directly or through any intermediary, only as

permitted by the statute. See 41-1750(G)(1)-(20). Additionally, the release of criminal justice information to an entity or person not specifically listed in A.R.S. § 41-1750(G) is a felony. See A.R.S. § 41-1756. In conclusion, the DPS is statutorily prohibited from releasing criminal history
