The Court having granted Brown & Bain's Motion by Opinion and Order dated February 22, 2006, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: A. Judgment is entered in favor of plaintiff Brown & Bain, P.A. ("Plaintiff")

and against Defendants John M. O'Quinn, John M. O'Quinn & Associates, L.L.P., John M. O'Quinn, P.C., John M. O'Quinn Law Firm, PLLC, O'Quinn, Kerensky & McAninch, and Jane Doe O'Quinn (collectively "Defendants"); B. Plaintiff is awarded damages against Defendants jointly and severally on

Plaintiff's claim for breach of contract in the amount of $3,293,752.94; C. Plaintiff is awarded prejudgment interest against Defendants jointly and

severally from February 4, 2002 through March 31, 2006, in the amount of $1,367,133.07;
