Plaintiff may attempt to introduce records regarding unemployment compensation hearings held after his discharge from Federal Express. Defendant submits that this Court should exclude evidence regarding Plaintiff's unemployment compensation proceedings on the grounds that the legal standards governing eligibility for unemployment compensation are different from those required to prove discrimination. Accordingly, this evidence should be excluded. A.R.S. ยง 23-672.01. DATED this 2nd day of November, 2006.
