The Court having received AMEX's Request For Continuance on the trial calendar, IT IS ORDERED that the motion (Doc. #77) is granted to the limited extent that the deadline for dismissal will be continued for 60 days. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall, without further notice, DISMISS this action (including the lead and consolidated case) on September 28, 2005, with prejudice, unless prior thereto a party files a request for reinstatement on the Court's trial calendar. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Ms. Briggs does not return the requested paperwork on or before September 19, 2005, her counsel shall file a document in which Ms. Briggs shows cause why she should not be required to personally appear to discuss the resolution of this case.
