Final judgment having been entered, Defendant filed a Bill of Costs on December 28, 2006, seeking the taxation of $3,361.00. The matter has been reviewed and costs have been awarded as follows. 1. 2. Service Fees - The $717.60 claimed is allowed. Court Reporter Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(3), of the $2,873.40 claimed, only $2,517.40 is allowed. (No Reporter Attendance, Min-U-Script, Word Index or ASCII allowed.) 3. Witness Fees - The $40.00 claimed is allowed.
