CR 03-1205-1-PHX-PGR ORDER REVOKING PROBATION

A Petition for Revocation of Probation having been filed and Defendant having admitted the allegation that he violated Special Condition #3 of his conditions of probation and the Court having found that Defendant has violated the terms and conditions of probation, IT IS THE JUDGMENT OF THIS COURT THAT Defendant's probation is REVOKED. IT IS ORDERED committing the Defendant, Kirk Patrick St. John, to the custody of Bureau of Prisons for a term of TIME SERVED.. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED sentencing the Defendant to a term of ONE (1) YEAR Supervised Release upon Defendant's release from custody.

SUPERVISED RELEASE Within 72 hours of release from custody of the Bureau of Prisons, you shall report in person to the Probation Office in the district to which you are released. You shall comply with the standard conditions of supervision adopted in General Order 05-36 and the following additional special conditions: 1. You shall submit your person, property (including but not limited to computer, electronic devices, and storage media), residence, office, or vehicle to a search conducted by a probation officer, at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner. You shall provide the probation officer access to any requested financial information. You are prohibited from making major purchases, incurring new financial obligations, or entering into any financial contracts without the prior approval of the probation officer. You shall participate in a mental health program as directed by the probation officer which may include taking prescribed medication. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer. The defendant shall maintain full-time employment and/or schooling as directed by the probation officer. You shall continue to pay the original restitution amount of $15, 650 at a rate of $200 a month. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED dismissing all remaining allegations of the petition. Defendant is advised of his right to appeal. DATED this 13th day of June, 2007.
