14 On January 25, 2006, this Court received the attached ex parte correspondence inthe form
15 of a filing from movant in this case.
16 The Clerk of the Court is directed to file the letter received from Plaintiff and attached to
17 this Order in the Court's file.
18 The Movant is further admonished that all future correspondence with the Court shall be in
19 the form of papers or pleadings filed with the Court; further correspondence by letter or other
20 ex parte communications shall be refused by the Court.
21 Furthermore, Movant's filings must contain a Certificate of Service as mandated by Rule
A 22 5(d), Fed. R. Civ. P.
23 Plaintiff is wanred that every document he seeks to file with the court must be served on
24 opposing counsel and contain a certificate attesting to such service. Failure to include such a
25 certificate of service will result in such document being stricken, i.e. it will be removed from the
26 record and not considered by the Court.

15 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall file the attached
16 correspondence as a separate document entitled "Response to Notice of Filing of Affidavit -
17 (Document #54)".
18 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any further direct correspondence with the Court will be
19 refused, and failure to certify service of future filings will result in such filing being stricken
20 from the record.
