CR 03-987-01 PHX-DGC ORDER REINSTATING PROBATION

A petition for revocation of probation having been filed, hearings held with the defendant and counsel present, and the defendant having admitted violating special condition #2, IT IS ORDERED reinstating the defendant's probation for the remainder of the FIVE (5) YEAR period previously imposed, under the previously imposed terms and conditions of probation. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED affirming standard conditions of supervision adopted by the Court in General Order 05-36 previously imposed. The Defendant shall comply with the following additional conditions: 1. You shall reside and participate in a residential re-entry center for up to 6 months, unless discharged earlier by the probation officer.
