Dear Honorable Judge Neil V. Wake:
I am writing a latter to you for to ask you send me home
confinement please. My English no very good I try my best. I
no more lawyer have but somebody tell me new Supreme Court case
U.S. v. Booker say judge can have mercy on me for to let me go
home confinement.
I write latter because my wife and child craying all the
time need me for to come home help him. My child need to ride
for school and grosery store, Chukee Cheze for fun, cloth store.
My child need help for homework. In the Christmas my child need
go to the California for the Magic Mountain, Knots Berry Farm,
Disneyland for the fun and ride.
My wife no drive my family need me take every Sunday go
to temple in the Whittier, California and go to buy Indian grosery.
My wife have to hardtime handle motel 2h hrs. If we hire
night desk clark but sometime one or two customer comes sometime
nobody comes so we no more money pay desk clark to much shame
like that.
Motel A0 yrs old so motel have a lot mantens work only me
do for free. So my wife call plumber, carpenter, electrian, so
we can‘t save money for to pay court fine and pay back friend
& family because I brow money from my friend & family and no
can pay lawyer fee make lawyer very mad no work for me help for
to get home confinement.

MY CHILDWOOD
My childwood is very greatful and wonderful, I like to play
to many tipe of games. I always play everybody. Sometime my friend
get hurt so I taking to village doctor. When rain comes then
I like to play to much. Sometime I give to food my friends.
Sometime my village people tell me Bharat I need help. So
I go to help on right away. From small kid I always help I never
say no. When I help people in town so I am very happy to help
him.
KINDFULL
When homless people comes my home for to get food & cloths,
so I always give to food & cloths, one day I make cook food and
I ready to eat then homless people comes my home so I give to
him my food, I don't eat, so I am very happy to help people &
friends & family. This I very happy do all my life before I come
United States which I always stand up for and very proud I citizen
right now.
TEMPLE
g I was in the hth gread, that time I am going in the temple,
in the morning I pray to the God 30 minuit, then I go to templ.
I pray to the God for everybody for life, I never tell God give
me better life only me, I alwas tell God for better life for
everybody be happy.
I tell God please give us food, cloths and home. I tell
God please don't give any money so we do any wrond our life.
I pray God for give money so we can use for donations and use
for good way and help friend family and temple and poor people.
SCHOOL
I am smartest student in the class teacher and student love
me. I was leader in the class, teacher give me job check all
student homework. One day my cousin sister didn't bring homework,
so I tell her do right now. That time my teacher tell me you
are very honest and smart student in the class room.

EDUCATION .
I finishum elementary school, high school diploma and technical
diploma draughtman mechanical. Also I collect to many certificaten
all different subject.
After school time I help my father in the field to bring
(grass) food for the Buffalo. I also help my mother in the home
for cook food, clean the room, washes the clothes. I never tire
in the field and home any work I do all tipes work.
USA
I come USA on May 17, 1991 after two weeks I get the job,
I am hard working. One day my boss lost his walet in the parking
lot, so I find give to him. My boss tell me you are very honest
man and hardworker. I get all tipe knowledge in the PC board
product & receiving & shipping then my boss give me job production
superviser & receiving & shipping manager and they give me key
for company to close night time. I works 10 year American Circuit
Technology.
After 10 year I save money and I askkggmy boss give me
parter. Bot they allready four parter and PC board business is
go down. Then I look for motel bussiness I looks to many state
but. I find motel in the Yuma, Arizona on Feb 21, 2001.
We are very new people in the motel bussiness. We don‘t
have experience too handle motel. There is not Indian grossery
store and Indian temple in the Yuma. So we have to go to Artesia
·in the California. So we are very tired.
Then we decide to sales motel and I calhmguw old job, my
boss say you can come back to work anytime. But my child like
stay in the Yuma because my child getting good grad limeA+ A
then we decide to stay in the Yuma until my child finished high
school diploma.
l On the May 2003 we went to the India for my niece wedding.
When we come back on June 2003 we filling something very hard
time come our life this case my wife and me get.

CASE
Government tell me I break law for to let poor Qhomless
Mexican people stay my motel only one person have ID. I tell
government I don't know I break law say very sorry but government
say that no good must send me prison 27 month. Thank the God
new Supreme case say Honorable Judge can have mercy send me home
confinement.
Then we filling something hard time coming our life when
the God give me hard time on the July 2003 allow me go prison.
When my family & friend know they don't.believe because I am
devoty man and pray the God everyday morning and night and help
my friend & family and homless people to. So many friend write
latter for me send to Honorable Judge have mercy on me for send
me home confinement. Only 13 month more very hardtime I cry everyday
in here miss family to much worry all night no sleep until 2
a.m. My bunky good person, but to many people no good in here
sometime hurt other people very bad, make me scare. Good thing
bunky protect me, but the God make hard time for me allow me
go prison but don't forget me to.
I ask Honorable Judge Wake please have mercy for to send
me home confinement. I help to many Government people all the
time give him good discount stay my motel. One day Homland Security
came for rent room because in the town have no room. I give to
good discount and rent room. They very happy_and tellrto me thank
you very much. I am donation all tipe Government corporation.
So I very sorry I break law don't do again. We stand for
USA we help to Government and always corporat to Government all
the time. So please please send me home for help my family.
