The Court finds that the ends of justice 17 served by granting a continuance outweigh the best interest of the public and the defendant 18 in a speedy trial. 19 This finding is based upon the court's conclusion that the failure to grant such a 20 continuance would deny the defendant the reasonable time necessary for effective 21 preparation, taking in account the exercise of due diligence. 18 U.S.C. §3161(h)(8)(B)(iv). 22 IT IS ORDERED that the sentencing date be continued from October 3, 2005 to 23 November 29, 2005 at 3:30 p.m., before the Honorable Frederick J.
