The Court has considered the U.S. Sentencing Commission Chapter Seven policy statements

as well as the original guideline range and the disposition report and attachments. The Court finds

defendant's probation should be reinstated.

IT IS ORDERED reinstating defendant's supervised release under the original terms and

conditions as previously imposed, with the following special conditions:

1. You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance abuse treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute to the cost

of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

You shall participate in a mental health program as directed by the probation officer which may include taking prescribed medication. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

You are prohibited from owning, maintaining or using a firearm.

4.

You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages.

5.

You shall cooperate in the collection of DNA as directed by the probation officer.

6.

After a completed evaluation by the probation department, you shall reside and participate in an in-patient substance abuse program for up to 180 days, after the Court has signed a Court order approving the probation department program selection.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding the defendant to the custody of United States Marshal for incarceration for processing. Defendant advised of right to appeal.
