Upon release from custody, supervised release is imposed for a term of THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS, less any term of imprisonment imposed, on the following conditions of supervision: 1. You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance abuse treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment

in an amount to be determined by the probation officer. 2. You shall participate in a mental health program as directed by the probation officer which may include taking prescribed medication. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an

amount to be determined by the probation officer. 3. You shall reside and participate in a residential re-entry center for 180 days, unless discharged earlier by the probation officer. 4. The defendant shall participate in an approved program for domestic violence. 5. You shall not contact Sunshine Rose Whitewolf, in any manner, directly or indirectly. The probation officer will verify compliance. 6. You are prohibited from owning, maintaining or using a firearm. 7. You shall not be involved with gang activity, possess any gang paraphernalia or associate with any person affiliated with a gang. 8. You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages. 9. You shall seek and maintain full time employment. 10. You shall not change your place of residence without the prior approval of the probation officer.

Upon release from custody you shall report to the probation

office in the district to which you are released within 72 hours of your release. 12. You shall not use or possess any illicit substances. IT IS THE RECOMMENDATION of the Court that when appropriate, you participate in a work release program. Otherwise, to be in a community treatment center other than one hour before and one hour after you are released for work purposes. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED dismissing all remaining allegations pursuant to the Government's oral motion. The defendant is advised of his right to appeal the imposed sentence by filing a Notice of Appeal within 10 days from the date of sentencing.
