Plaintiff has filed a Request for Scheduling Order Modification (Doc. #186). Plaintiff requests that the scheduling order (Doc. #181) filed on February 8, 2005, be modified because he has been jobless and without a stable residence since May 2004. Plaintiff also states that he has been arrested on five different occasions beginning in January 2005. Plaintiff claims that these circumstances have prevented him from prosecuting this case. Plaintiff, however, provides no details about how much additional time he needs to comply with the scheduling order. Nor does he identify any specific deadlines in the scheduling order he would like to extend. Plaintiff also has not adequately explained how his circumstances have prevented him from complying with the scheduling order deadlines. Additionally, as Defendants assert in their response (Doc. #187), there is some question about the truthfulness of Plaintiff's assertions regarding his living arrangements. For these reasons, Plaintiff's motion will be denied.
